In this respect, targeting is one of the first necessities, while the introduction to this indispensable factor lies in complete knowledge of policies, familiarity with stakeholders, and knowledge of favorable and troublesome issues, which are strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats respectively.
Sasan Hospital, by the grace of Almighty God, relying on its own organized force, especially the existing managers and officials, and paying attention to the policies of the Martyr Foundation and the affairs of sacrificers, and considering the upper documents, including the laws and regulations of the country in the field of health, believing in the above considerations in the form of a strategic plan, it has formulated its plans so as to achieve the set goals with specific strategies.
It is obvious that this program is completely dynamic and is frequently monitored and evaluated from all aspects, including the quality of the implementation of each program and the degree of achievement of goals based on the determined indicators, to be able to walk the path of excellence with open eyes and stay alive and fresh.
